The Bookmark Name text box is used to specify the label that will be displayed in the Bookmarks View for the new Bookmark. Enter the desired name in this text box.

This section is used to define the Bookmark.
URL:
Enter the URL for the new document in this text box. The URL for the document currently displayed in the Browser View is the default address.
WebCD (Link to the document on the CD-ROM)
Live-Link (Link to the document on the Web)
This option retrieves only the live link to the document listed in the URL text box. Selecting this option will connect the WebCD user to this document on the live Web site.
OK
Closes the dialog and creates the new Bookmark with the selected retrieval options.
Cancel
Closes the dialog without saving any changes.
